Hello! My name is Mathew Watson and I offer 3D Modeling and Rendering services. I have been working freelance for 10+ years in residential, health care, commercial, interior design, and exterior structures within the Architecture profession. I provide visualization solutions for Architecture firms and Architects, translating their designs into accurate 3D models and realistic renderings.

All pricing is relative to a project's complexity, timeframe, and level of detail. 3D modeling is an intensive process that takes time, expertise, and attention to detail to be done correctly. Base costs reflect the 3D modeling process around 1500 USD. Renderings are then created from these models. The rendering process includes materials / textures, foliage / entourage, and lighting / cameras. This process turns a 3D model into a picture worthy image. I believe refinement is important and include render revisions / refinement in the cost. Typically, additional views of the same model (exterior or interior) are a fraction of the initial modeling cost. Finally, all time spent communicating through email, text, phone, and video chat are complimentary.
Pricing is an organic process of analysis and negotiation. We proceed only after the proposal is signed.
3D Model files (.rvt) can be supplied at an additional cost.

My average turnaround time depends on my availability and is one day to two weeks on average. This can also vary per the project's needs; rush jobs are possible. The best results happen when rough drafts are reviewed, feedback is given, and then final submissions/revisions are sent.

If you are looking for a service not listed above (i.e. drafting, as-builts, etc.), please email/text/call me to discuss. According to NYS Law (Educ. Law § 7302), any architectural services, such as drafting, needs to have direct supervision by a licensed Architect. I, Mathew Watson, am not a licensed Architect. I am in the process of getting licensed in the State of New York (expected 08/2025).
